At the time the butchery focused mainly on procuring and processing of venison meat and till today supply renowned restaurants, lodges and hotels with the finest quality venison meat available.

Passionate about the restaurant and hospitality industry with over 15 years experience, he restructured the butchery to add a restaurant division specializing in the processing and supply of Class A red meat.

The company is now affiliated with several restaurant chains, lodges, hotels and retailers throughout Gauteng and deliver to more than 100 clients weekly.
